Take action!

Half of the world’s population lives in poverty, and the gap between poor and rich grows bigger every day.

Every one of us has power and influence to change unfair structures and create a just world by speaking out and lobbying decision makers in the local community, on a national level and internationally for a fairer distribution of resources.

Have faith - act now for climate justice!

As the world prepares for the UN summit for climate change in Durban, South Africa, this December, Norwegian Church Aid is part of a global family of faith-based organisations mobilising on a never-before-seen scale for climate justice.

The campaign, "We Have Faith - act now for climate justice" , has been launched in several African countries, such as Kenya, Zambia, Malawi and South Africa.

Join the campaign by signing our petition demanding world leaders to agree upon a fair and legally-binding climate treaty when they meet in Durban:

Your voice can make a difference

Global structures contribute to the fact that the gap between wealthy and poor in the world is widening.

Though its campaigns, Norwegian Church Aid helps give individuals and groups a chance to tell decision makers how to make the world a better place for all.

Whether they are campaigning for a fairer system of trade, more and better aid, or government action to prevent poor countries being unduly affected by climate change, Norwegian Church Aid campaigners are working together for a just world!
